Wise PAS specializes in the placement of thoroughly vetted and trained, in-home care providers. The Wise administrative staff, with over 50 years of combined home care experience, provides expertise in overall care management regardless of physical or cognitive dysfunction. The staff is committed to fostering an ideal match between care provider and client. Eligible clients can receive in-home care assistance with daily tasks including: Bathing, Dressing and Grooming assistance;  Mobility and Transfer support;  Medication reminders;  Meal preparation and Feeding assistance;  Light housekeeping and Laundry;  Companionship and Emotional support;  Transportation to/from appointments and routine errands;  Assistance with additional daily living activities tailored to client needs.

Wise Nutrition and Movement Coaching provides Private Pay nutrition and physical movement assessments, in addition to home environment assessments for functional wellness and safety. Personalized therapeutic treatment sessions can be provided as needed.  (Wise Nutrition and Movement Coaching does not have a relationship with insurance providers, including Medicare. All services are private pay in nature.)
